Sheer Beauty is a flanker to last year’s Calvin Klein Beauty and will contain notes including peach bellini accord, red berries, bergamot, pink lily accord, jasmine, peony, musks, sandalwood and vanilla blossom. Released in 2009, the original CK Free was a woody aromatic centered around suede leather, patchouli and tobacco leaf and proved to be quite popular, even gaining a nomination in the 2010 FiFi Awards. We’ve already had a few variations of this fragrance over the years, Euphoria Blossom and Euphoria Spring Temptation but this latest release, Forbidden Euphoria, is supposedly, sexier and easier to wear than the original, and is aimed at women aged 17 to 20 (or those of an older persuasion who would like to feel young again). Calvin Klein is set to release a new men’s fragrance in the form of CK Free which, as the name suggests is intended to be a casual, free-spirited scent. Like Euphoria Man, and Calvin Klein Man before that, CK Free will be a woody fragrance this time with notes of anise, absinthe and juniper berry together with tobacco and coffee on a patchouli woody base.
