Max Mara Perfume
The Italian fashion house Max Mara is known for ready-to-wear clothing. It was established in 1951 by Achille Maramotti. The name of the company was a combination of the local character Count Max who was "never sober but always stylish," and Maramotti's last name. Maramotti was one of the first to embrace the concept of designer clothes produced on a grand scale.
Some of the labels under the Max Mara umbrella include Weekend Max Mara, SportMax, Pennyblack and Max & Co., for youth. Although Maramotti passed away in 2005, the company remains successful, with clothing lines that are ready for the red carpet, as well as accessories, eye wear and a bridal division.
The first Max Mara perfume, "Max Mara," was introduced in 2004. A slightly spicy and floral scent, it is perfect for every day wear throughout the year. Other fragrances in the Max Mara collection include "Le Parfum" and "Max Mara Silk Touch." Max Mara perfumes focus on subtle and silky scents that are both elegant and sensual. Soft spices are featured with a light touch and enhanced by gentle florals.
