Versace Perfume and Aftershave
One of the best known and most respected labels in the world, Versace is an Italian fashion house founded in 1978 by Gianni Versace. In 1997, Gianni Versace was tragically murdered. His sister, Donatella Versace, took over the company, and in 2004, his daughter, Allegra Versace, obtained 50 percent ownership as directed in Gianni's will.
Versace style is a favorite on the red carpet, and numerous celebrities have been the "face" of Versace, including Madonna, Ashton Kutcher and Halle Berry. Versace Couture is the main line and is comprised not just of clothing, but also jewellery, watches, handbags, cosmetics and more. Unfortunately, some of the more casual lines, like Versace Sport, had to be discontinued due to continuous problems with counterfeiting.
Versace fragrance continues to be a favorite, with such popular offerings as "Blonde," "Crystal," and "Jeans," all bright, sparkling fragrances that exude luxury and style. In addition to Versace's extravagant women's fragrance collection, the label also features a men's collection that features such desirable scents as "Versus Uomo" and "Versace Man." A number of scents that can be worn by both men and women have also been released by Versace, including "Versus Time for Energy" and "Versus Time to Relax."
