"Secret Obsession", even though a "flanker", has no actual resemblance to the original "Obsession". Apart from both being spicy "Orientals" and containing amber, "Secret O" is much more obviously floral. With the "leading ladies" being the glorious Egyptian Jasmine and Tuberose, supported by a little neroli. Making it captivatingly seductive and feminine. And being more perfect for winter with it's warm vanilla, amber and and woody base. Unfortunately it also has less than ideal longevity. But with such a lovely fragrance, I'm willing to decant some into a little handy "top-up" atomizer for when it fades.

What can I say about this one? It's so spicy, woody, and peppery it's almost an aftershave - only the merest hint of florals stop it being too one-dimensional. I think I like it - it's certainly different. A must for anyone who likes warm, spicy fragrances.
