Returns Policy

Products can be returned undamaged and unused within 30 days of receipt. The cost of the item excluding postage and packaging will be refunded to you when Express Chemist has received the returned goods. In the case of goods arriving in a faulty or damaged condition, the refund will include outward and return postage and packaging costs.
