About Fragrance Direct
Fragrance Direct aims to be the first name you think of when buying fragrance and cosmetics on the internet. Launched in 1999, Fragrance Direct sells branded, discounted perfumes, aftershaves, cosmetics, hair care, skincare and beauty products at highly competitive prices.
Note: in addition to normal retail products, Fragrance Direct also sells testers and unboxed fragrances so bear this in mind if purchasing as a gift. These products are however clearly labeled on the site.
UK Delivery Options
Royal Mail 1st Class Post - £1.99 per order (for orders less than £60.00)
From dispatch, please allow at least 5 working days for delivery. If you are not in to receive your order a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office.
Tracked Service - £4.95 per order
From dispatch, please allow at least 5 working days for delivery. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail and is trackable from dispatch to delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your order through this insured service. Your tracking number is available to you in your order tracking details. You must be available at the delivery address to sign for your parcel or if you are not in to receive your order, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office.
Next Day Delivery Service - £6.95 per order
All orders are tracked, insured and have a guaranteed delivery day. Your order will be delivered the following working day by 1pm via Royal Mail. NOTE: Orders must be received by 2pm Monday - Thursday to ensure next day delivery. Unfortunately, this service can not be guaranteed at any other time. If you request next day delivery Friday - Sunday, on an English Bank Holiday or after 2pm it will be dispatched by next day delivery the next available working day. Your tracking number is available to you in your order tracking details. You must be available at the delivery address to sign for your parcel or if you are not in to receive your order, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office.

Returns Policy
Customers have the right to return their order within 28 days of purchase. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order after processing, only the product costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods as Fragrance Direct does not refund postal charges.
All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used or damaged. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
