Free for orders over £40. Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours and delivered within 2 to 5 working days.

Special Delivery - £5.99 per order
Normally despatched within 24 hours and delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Working Day if order received before 2pm.

Returns Policy

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify The Fragrance Shop within 7 working days and they will repair or replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.

Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition.
